Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted before access to a purchased analytics product or platform module has been activated. Once access is granted or delivery has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Requests for cancellation should be made as early as possible after purchase. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether access to the analytics product, dashboard, or service has already been provided.

3. Charges on Cancellation

If cancellation is requested after partial access, activation, or delivery of analytics products or services, charges may apply based on the level of access or resources already provided.

To request a cancellation, please contact the platform owner with your purchase details and reason for cancellation. Each request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 3 business days.
